It’s Party Time!!

It’s all a matter of perspective: your fabulous party with the awesome music could be your neighbors’ nightmare. Many buildings and parishes have noise restrictions or ordinances that address not just the times but the decibel levels as well.

It’s a good idea to give your neighbors a heads up before the event as well as your phone number so they can call if they are disturbed.

During your party step out every now and then to hear the noise level. If your neighbor complains, immediately turn down the volume.

When planning your party consider, parking, you can recommend the following:

• Recommend carpooling or public transportation
• Hire parking attendants for large gatherings
• Arrange off-site parking and shuttle service if necessary
